SQL   in   force in the Cloud!    A pivot model for {openAudit}   migrations     SQL and its derivatives had largely been ousted in favor of ETL/ELT in on-premises infrastructure.   SQL is making a comeback in the Cloud for many very good reasons.   We have also made it a pivot of our   {openAudit}  solution , to transform the systems simply and efficiently. _____   The few unique characteristics of    SQL   ! Its relational model facilitates the representation of data in the form of tables,   which simplifies data management and manipulation.  This is particularly useful in Cloud environments, where the two great virtues are scalability and flexibility.   Using SQL allows applications to manage data without worrying about the underlying storage,   simplifying deployment across different cloud platforms.   SQL is a standardized language:   this facilitates the portability of applications and databases between different Cloud platforms, avoiding the technical locks of Cloud providers.
