Technical interoperability to modernize an IS

 Technical interoperability

to  modernize an IS

A small example that may speak to you:

"The company "Imbroglio SA" uses a DWH based on Informatica PowerCenter and Talend to extract data from an on-premise Oracle Database and BigQuery in the Cloud. The transformations include code with nested stored procedures, views, stacked views, dynamic procedures and triggers. The reports of "Imbroglio SA" are generated with Tableau, Power BI and SAP BO, according to the needs of the business. Dollar Universe ($U) and Control-M ensure the daily automation of ETL workflows and the refresh of reports... ."

This is just one example of "classic" architecture, but even the most standard systems are very complex.

The day when "Imbroglio SA" considers transforming its Information System (complete switch to the Cloud, organizational changes, etc.), the degree of technological intricacy of the IS could lead to strong inertia.

By breaking down the complexity of the entire system down to the elementary transformation and enabling the translation of these flows, it is possible to create the conditions for true technical interoperability.
